Outreach

We are conducting studies of animal behavior using reports from people in our community and across the world. Our public science studies are housed at observinganimals.org

Our most recent study looks at playful teasing. If you have stories or recordings of animals playfully teasing you or other animals, we invite you to share them here.

We are working with wildlife rehabilitation experts to learn more about the minds and lives of native animals. We are in the process of developing educational materials about native wildlife. If You are interested in helping with this initiative, please contact us.

Other recent projects include how animals behaved during the solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. If you’d like to share observations about animals during the eclipse, you can do so here.
